Fabulous synthesis. I like how you leaned into the asymmetrical rendering of the sound-poem merge — it’s the variance that stands out here. ❇️❤️‍🔥🤙 awesome sauce!

Thanks Miles! Love that reading and listening of it!

I'll be grinning with the sauce note all day 😁

Wow deep look into how a person walks with open eyes. The sight, the words, the insights. Amazing.

And “warmer than last time” felt like something the body keeps track of

even when the mind doesn’t.

I haven't located why yet, but sometimes I like this expression style and sometimes I don't.

Thanks Danijs!

If it feels good and you like it, I’m happy 😊

There’s an intimacy here, Mark. Like what’s said when two people need only speak with their eyes to each other. Beautiful.

Mark Crutchfield's avatar

Oooohh, that’s a beautiful way of framing it Christopher! Thank you!

The whole almost-not-even-touching part had me grinning like an idiot cuz why was my whole body already giving up before anything even happened..???

Mark Crutchfield's avatar

It’s the softest bit Asuka and meant for just those moments 😊

It feels like it could be the vocals that could lead into a dance track wow it could really take off

Mark Crutchfield's avatar

Thank you Andrew!

I think so too. I’m more from a no vocals, techno ilk, but this does feel like it could be bigger at the end or leaning into a bigger groove.

We’ve had “some” poetry hit the big stages at Glastonbury, maybe it’s time for more!

Fantastic job on all the technical nuances. Absolutely adore this piece for obvious reasons. Bravo Mark!

Mark Crutchfield's avatar

Thank you!. It was a good experience trying out some of this.

Not the first time Sir, surely not the last time either.

Mark Crutchfield's avatar

Ooooh, I hope not! More to follow :)

There is something so haunting about the idea of the signal arriving before the source. You've captured that disorienting moment where reality seems to shift and reset the second someone else enters it ✨

Mark Crutchfield's avatar

Thank you Brandi. That was just what I was hoping for. A moment of identity blur between two entities.

A lovely reading! 💛
