I have had days when the sky slowed. When I felt the day and myself, release. When even my breath seemed to sleep. Every thing became less. And I can remember coming to a threshold where I felt I could slip or pull back. You’ve captured it! Wonderful, Mark!
You have such a lovely way of putting it MoTy!
Thank you for pulling up a chair and sitting with me their in nothingness for a little. It was a nice view!
Thanks for sharing @Mirage ♥️
My pleasure 🤗
Oh, this is so beautiful and calming, Mark.

Thank you Christopher! That's such a lovely memory to recall and it makes so happy that my writing could bring that back 😊
I love the line breaks. You don’t just read the poem, you experience its diminishing momentum. Really beautiful! 😊
Thank you!
I was really hoping that word work so youve made me smile there Angela! ☺️
Mark it seems you’ve found yourself in a middle of nothingness. Cosy spot x
I thought I had replied to this MoTy!
Grab yourself a foldout chair, and lets sit and watch nothingness slowly dissolve.
Thank you for such inspiring words! ♥️
Beautiful! This has a real tension to it ... I felt it! Love it!
Ooohhh! Wonderful Laura! Thankyou! ❤️
There’s something here that feels less written than gradually released.
The poem doesn’t try to explain disappearance or silence.
It keeps yielding toward them until even the need to hold shape begins to loosen.
“not gone / just / unable / to stay”
That stayed with me.
Thanks Antonio. You caught what was happening in the poem 😊
Beautiful. Transcendence. 🪷
Thank you Nadia! 😊
I love how pressure becoms absence. <3
ooooohhhh, you caught that! Thanks! ♥️

„until only silence was left“ I love that! 🥰 Such a quiet piece! 👍🏻
Thank you Fragments! 😊
Beautiful. I've noticed our poetry is surpisingly similar sometimes, so everytime I read you I feel a sense of familiarity.
Yes Kasu! Lovely that there is an alignment ♥️
